Protect - the original low temperature bead storage system, ideal for
long term maintenance of stock and quality control microorganisms.
Each vial provides 20 subcultures, dramatically reducing the cost per
test versus other techniques.
Preserving in Protect also sustains the exact strain, permitting consistent
results every time. The specially designed cryopreservative solution
prevents damage whilst frozen and supports the cell whilst suspended.
The colour coded cap, beads and slimline vial combined with
customised accessories simplifies the process even further. This
provides a reliable long term cryopreservation method for a wide
range of fastidious and non-fastidious microorganisms. All products
are gamma irradiated to SAL 10-6 for total product confidence.

Description Mixed Protect in Polypropylene Freezer Tray, microorganism bead preservation system. Organisms can be frozen and recovered successfully at -20°C, -70°C and -80°C. A full list of recovery data at -20°C, -70°C and -80°C is available on request.
Recommended for Frozen storage of fastidious & non fastidious organisms including: gram negative, gram positive, Pseudomonas, Streptococcus, Haemophilus, Bacteroides, Peptostreptococcus, Fusobacterium, Propionibacterium, Prevotella, Gonorrhoeae, anaerobes, microaerophilics, Enterococci, Enterococcus, Listeria spp., Staphylococci, Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella, E.coli (E coli / ecoli / e. coli), Enterobacter, staphylococcus, klebsiella, E. coli Enterobacter, Enterobacter sakazakii.
Ideal for Daily/frequent users to guarantee consistent & reliable performance control. Supplied in freezer rack box for system stacking. - Successful recovery at -20°C, -70°C and -80°C
