nanomag¢ç -CLD redF Çü±¤ÀÚ¼ºÀÔÀÚ CrossLinked Dextran |
Biopolymer particles |
Red fluorescent crosslinked magnetic dextran nanoparticles (nanomag¢ç -CLD -redF)
- combine separation and detection purposes
- a red fluorescence (Excitation: 540 nm, Emission: 572 nm)
- prepared by precipitation of iron oxide in the presence of dextran
- available with a particle diameter of 100 nm
- consist of about 80-90% (w/w) iron oxide in a matrix of dextran (40.000 D)
- can not be separated with a conventional permanent magnet but in a high gradient magnetic field
- show good specific power absorption rates in alternating magnetic fields
